A high cardio, strength & conditioning, all body workout using boxing fitness exercises that incorporate bag and pad work that our boxers use to keep fit.
The session goes for 1 hour and caters for all fitness levels and are easy to follow with trainers to help the beginners through.
No previous boxing experience is required.
If you would like to join, you don’t need to book in, just get there 15 minutes before a class with the appropriate exercise clothing and footwear, we supply the equipment, just bring water and a towel.
If you would like to develop your boxing technique further, we offer one-on-one private sessions with our head coach.
We offer ladies only classes 3 days per week and unisex classes evenings and early mornings.
