Our Boxing program runs 4 nights per week and 6 mornings.
We train amateur and professional boxers and we specialize in competition boxing. We offer the latest in training methods, in fitness and in boxing.
We supply all the head gear and gloves for sparring and partner work. We do encourage everyone in this program to build their skills up to be able to spar safely with confidence
If sparring or competition boxing is not for you, then you are still welcome to train in this program for fitness, to develop skills and confidence and be part of the club.
We teach a new pro style of boxing as well as Olympic style boxing. We specialize in a lot more angle punching and movement, our boxing program is designed by head coach Peter Stokes who is renowned for his success internationally, nationally and at state level.
We have a great fight team who are very experienced and always willing to help our beginners and novices and make them feel part of our club.
