You don’t have to be a mum to train in this class, its designed for women to get them back into fitness.
A highly motivational class that is an all body workout using boxing fitness exercises that incorporate bag and pad work.
It is a non contact class and is excellent for weight loss, toning, increasing fitness, strengthening and is great fun!
The session goes for 1 hour and caters for all fitness levels and are easy to follow with trainers to help the beginners through.
If you would like to join, you don’t need to book in, just get there 15 minutes before a class with the appropriate exercise clothing and footwear, we supply the equipment, just bring water and a towel.
